Absolutely! All are welcome. Please just get everyone registered.

Where do I park?

The venue has ample parking surrounding the church. Follow the signage for the Fellowship Hall.

I am traveling and would like to stay the night. Which hotel should I stay at?

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?

Please email our Event Planning Chair at amy@rps.pro to let us know if you are vegetarian/vegan, gluten free, dairy free, or have another sensitivity. We will do our absolute best to work with the caterer to accommodate you!

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual. Examples: nice jeans and a blazer, a dress, or khakis and a dress shirt. This is a professional business event.

Will the event be recorded?

No, the event will not be recorded.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes, just please make sure to hold on to your name badge so that our check-in crew knows you are coming back.

Can I share a ticket with someone?

No ticket sharing is allowed for this event.

Can I purchase a partial day ticket?

No partial day tickets are available at this time, only full-day event tickets.

Can I bring a pet?

Our venue does not allow pets, although service animals with proper documentation are permitted.

Are meals provided?

Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, and an all-day coffee bar.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, the venue is ADA friendly.

How much are event tickets?

Early bird tickets are available until August 31, 2025 for $200. From September 1, 2025 to October 27, 2025 regular ticket pricing will be available at $225. Day-of tickets will be available for $250.

What is included in the ticket price?

All tickets include access to all main stage presentations, admission to breakout sessions, access to vendor booths, breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, all-day coffee bar, and on-site parking. Additional items include door prize drawings, attendee swag bags, conference lanyard, etc.
